🛋️ Return & Exchange Policy – Products of Household

At Products of Household, your satisfaction is important to us. However, as we deal in custom and limited-stock furniture, we follow a clear and fair return & exchange policy to ensure transparency and protection for both customer and seller.


Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Item is damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours).

  • Wrong item or wrong color/variant was delivered.

  • Item received is significantly different from what was shown online.


Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Natural wood grain variation or texture differences (this is not a defect).

  • Items that have been used, installed, or assembled.


📦 Return Procedure:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or Email with clear photos/videos.

  2. Our support team will assess the claim within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, return pickup will be scheduled or customer will be asked to send item back via agreed method.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days (only if applicable).


🔁 Exchange Option:

  • We offer one-time exchange (only if stock is available) for eligible items.

  • Customer must bear delivery charges for return & new shipment.


📌 Important Notes:

  • We recommend recording a video while opening the package for claim validation.

  • Keep the original packaging intact for return approval.

  • Any manufacturing warranty (if mentioned) applies as per product terms.
